5. Rate Limits and Quotas

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Price Changes

Screenshots generated through our Service are your property. We do not claim ownership of screenshots you create.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RenderScreenshot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

By You

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RenderScreenshot operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

16. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RenderScreenshot.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
