Our rules for customer stories
When we publish a story here, it will follow these rules:
- Real customers only. Every story names a real team, with their consent.
- Their words. The customer reviews the text before we publish it. Quotes come from them, not from us.
- Real numbers. Any figure in a story, such as volume, latency or cost, comes from the customer or from their usage data, with their permission.
- The full picture. A story says what did not work as well as what did.
